I remember coming here to play mortal kombat and a worker came up to me and joined me by playing multiplayer and I had a good time.

Great place if you like gaming but can't afford the new consoles or a pc they have an Xbox series x, ps5 and a pc at each station and it cost £5 an hour or £15 for a month pass great experience.

Great idea but ultimately a flawed experience - it seemed as though many children were left here by their parents whilst they shopped around fort. This is dangerous for many reasons and I wonder about GAME's safeguarding policy as it seems as though the staff have been put in this almost child supervisory role. I witnessed children under 10 raging over Fortnite, swearing and shouting the whole place down. Then some grown adults joined and sat a few meters away from the children. Again no proper adult supervision a part from the GAME staff. GAME this is a safeguarding issue waiting to happen.

As for the games, there is a limited selection for serious gamers, mostly child games, but again games with age restrictions being handed to children under 10. How are you vetting? Where is your age restriction notice? Where is your adult supervision notice or minimum age limit?

Potentially a good idea but seriously needs a rethink!

Fab! Staff are friendly and great place to kick back and chill/game for an hour if at the shops or to let the kids play. Cheaper in the week and the kids live being 'pro gamers'

£3 for 2hrs per person. New PCs & Consoles but limited game selection. If latest top games, then yes absolutely worth it. Snacks available. Controllers, keyboard, and headsets provided.

Fort has 2,000 free, free cash machines, toilets, amazon lockers, 40 high street shops and restaurants.

I would like to talk about the experience that I encountered today at my time spent at Belong gaming arena new street Birmingham. First i booked a place for 2 hours on Monday 5th September 2022 and i got seated i loaded up a game of Valorant and played for an hour, then a worker came up to me and said that i am not allowed to play that game and that i wasn't old enough even though i was turning 16 in two weeks. He stated that if i don't stop playing he will go to prison, i politely asked him if i can finish the game Im in he said no and he grabbed the mouse and he left the competitive game i was in. Now Im banned for a week and i would like a refund they instructed me to go to customer service and ask for a refund and i would most likely receive it.
