We went there today to see the flat and the security guy was talking in disgust):-he don't want to show flat (big guy)

Recently moved in this beautiful building in a 3bhk, its so beautiful and the maintenance team is amazing and fast. The security is very friendly and accomadating.
The move in process was smooth and easy, they really know how to assist.

Very well maintained. Excellent location. Reasonable rents.
High end residence building sitauted in the heart of the Dubai city. Near Al ghurair mall and a metro station within 2 minutes walk.
