Training Camp

Technically, 4.5 because of the disconnect with the sales recruiter who continued to send me material as if I haven't registered for the CISSP course.
Aside from that, I enjoyed Training Camp's ISC² CISSP Boot Camp! From beginning to end of the class, the instructor, Eric Beasley, was very knowledgeable with a vast amount of experience and provided high-quality training! I appreciated his ability to bring real-world experience to the material provided and add beneficial test taking strategies. The interactive student handbook makes it easy to take notes while helping to retain the information. Though this is the first occurrence with Training Camp, I highly recommend it!

Training Camp staff, instructor, and study material, made my CISSP preps so much easier to get my Certification! Eric Beasley is one of the best instructors there and I enjoyed all his stories and fun scenarios to help us understand the material. He made his class interactive, proactive, and much more fun than just another boring lecture.

Training Camp was a great experience! The class was great and the breakdown of the material for CISSP was awesome. Highly recommend.

I just took the CISSP class at Training Camp with Eric as our instructor. He was tremendously knowledgeable of the subject matter, and presented it in a manner that everyone in the class found helpful. He was engaging, easy to understand, and provided further details if a student did not understand a specific concept. I would highly recommend TrainingCamp and specifically Eric.

I have registered 20 of my colleagues for Training Camp's CISSP and CISM bootcamps, and I am blown away by how unanimously they have all loved the classes, found them useful, and appreciated the instructors' mastery of the material and more importantly genuine caring and helpful attitude. It is clear that this is more than just a job for them. Bob Kahil, with whom I coordinated the class reservations, was also very flexible and understanding of our unique needs and frequent requests for changes. This comes after our previous round of procured training, which left us in search for a more dedicated and respectful instructor. It is only fair to let it be known that Training Camp has provided us with a high-quality and honest training experience.

10/4/2023 Update
I received a follow up call almost 4 years later and had a great conversation with their VP and corresponded with him directly. Not only did they issue a promise to make things right, in my opinion they went above and beyond to resolve the issue and ensured me that they are here to support Vets and provide training to those that need it ! Shout out to Michael and Chris!

**I noticed other Vets had the same Problem with sales reps on the phone. At first they said the CISSP boot camp was not covered then they called me back saying it was. Then they wanted my COE, which I declined to give them. I just wanted to know what was covered. The rep literally just ended the phone call and was not professional at all. Said they had to have my COE in order to just tell me what the cost was. Which there shouldn’t have been any since they said it was completely covered. Way to go Shelby W. Won’t be recommending this for any FED Gov employees or Veterans. Hopefully those that do use it have great experiences. I usually don’t leave bad reviews.
