I booked the VIP lounge for a birthday set up and confirmed everything in the order. I even chose the cake flavor and the flower color and at last minute they cancel my reservation and booked for other customers because I didn’t reply in less than one minute so unfair!!!! Star’s attitude was the worst. She hung up the call on me while I was trying to explain to her the situation!
It’s was a very nice and cozy place and the service people were very kind and friendly. Also it’s very lowkey, one of the best sweets I’ve ever tasted. 10/10

It was upsetting the male waiter did not respond to my question about the inner setting they had but the female waitress was very warm and approachable. Definitely would come again though great coffee and ambience.
Very spacious and quiet. Great V60 and worth to try.
The atmosphere is amazing, loved the mango cake and 360v coffee. The staff knows what to recommend which is always helpful.
