Bijouterie Doucet

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this jewelry shop. I purchased a necklace for over $200, reassured by the promise of a one-year warranty. After just a few months, the ring attachment on the chain broke due to poor soldering. When I brought it in for repair within the warranty period, they confirmed it was covered, but then charged me over $30 for the repair. I reluctantly paid and waited months to get it back.

To my frustration, the necklace broke again in the exact same spot shortly after. I returned it, asking for a replacement since it clearly wasn’t properly repaired, but they refused. Instead, they sent it off for another repair. Once again, I had to wait weeks.

I’ve never experienced such poor service and will not be returning to this shop. I feel compelled to warn others to be cautious about their so-called "warranty"—it’s misleading and not worth the frustration.

I have owned this watch for 7 years and it has never left the box. I came to replace my battery today and they absolutely wrecked the backplate, housing and band with scratches. I will never come back to Doucet you can keep your “free batteries”.

Horrible customer service, they lie to sell you jewelries. They don’t give you all information before selling you something. A lady called Christine kept calling me a liar nonstop when I told her what another seller told me. They are horrible people, never buying from them again!

Young lady that worked sunday the 12th of February at 11:30am laughed at me and called me racial slurs

Wish I could give negative stars...This place is awful. Wish I would have read the reviews before going there. The reviews are unfortunately overwhelmingly true. Terrible customer service, the employees look down on you if you're not looking to spend a lot of money and are just plain mean.
Stay away from this place!

Horrific!! Just terrible service!!! Disrespectful! The ladies ignored me for 20 minutes standing, the dark haired lady said " it won't be long madame", the other (light hair) was just standing there fiddling with receipts and she looks at me, our eyes locked, she said nothing! Later the other lady tells her to help me, all this while I'm watching, she drags herself towards me with an attitude, next to me new clients had walked in, she then asks them, ignoring me "Was she here before you?" I was livid!! For 20 minutes standing there ALONE you mean you don't see me! I gave her a piece of my mind and collected my ring & left. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT THERE EVER AGAIN!
