Not even there anymore could let customers know this!!

MADE A ORDER MONTHS AGO DIDNT RECEIVE ALL ITEMS AS OTHER ONES WAS PLACE IN BAG AND £30 OF DOG FOOD NOT ORDERED NOW I AINT BEEN CONTACTED OR ANYTHING THEY ROBBED ME

Terrible service , will never be ordered again.

Way too late delivery for what was promised (3-4 days too late)

I only received the tracking number 1 whole DAY after it was already delivered!

I also emailed yesterday asking for an update and none was given.

Milk is definitely spoiled by now as I didn't even know it was delivered since i received the tracking number a full 24 hours later!

It's just been sitting at room temperature & is inedible now.

Complete joke.

Should’ve posted this ages ago! Love the staff there, I never felt more welcome anywhere else. We haven’t popped over for a long time but will be back soon! Can’t wait to see you all!
Made a mistake of going over on a day they are closed but we was still welcome with open arms, which saved my life as our pup was out of her food. Thank you for always being so amazing xx
