Victoria is a sweetheart, very nice. But we went by appointment to see some apartments, the surprise was when we arrived, a waste of time, all the apartments had already been rented, and he showed us 1 as a sample, another that was wrong and was a studio and not a 3 1/ 2 and another with tenants that we could not rent on the date. You're wasting my time and my money, we took the day off so we could go for nothing. The common areas are in basements where you can't see the light, the pool is dark. The hallways are spotless and the reception is very nice.

I have been experiencing unresolved issues with the maintenance of my apartment at building 2444 CAPREIT. Despite multiple attempts to rectify significant moisture damage in the ceiling of my unit over the last eight months, no effective action has been taken. Additionally, the customer service has been disappointing, with suggestions that I should leave if dissatisfied, which is unacceptable. I urge the management to address these concerns with the urgency they require.

We received high level of service from Viktoriia and Adrian at the rental office. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about residents.

The management is definitely unprofessional and very poor! They are careless. I was living there for two years and moved to another province. Later, after one month I needed reference from them to provide thatI was living there for new landlord, but management couldn't find my file or didn't want find (I paid my rent always on time) they put me in trouble...
For sure they are not serious people, not serious company, not responsible at all ...
