It went very smoothly, dropped our car off for parking while we went on holiday.

They drove the car on 2 separate days, while I was abroad
Without my knowledge or permission.
I paid ULEZ charge for the days of drop off and pick up
then I get home from holiday to fine 2 letters with ULEZ fines, one of which had already timed out and the total was £270!
