Very nice walking trail approximately 20 minutes to 30 minutes Walking and Me running about 15 min, I would rate this as High Intesity 😀 if you running, great for my workouts in the summer ☀️

Don't let the name deter you from trying this, it's actually not that bad for a beginner. Very clean and well maintained with gorgeous views

I try to go to these stairs atleast 1-2 times a week in the summer, Make sure to wear bug spray, And if you are out of shape/a smoker/have bad lung capacity you may need to take some breaks.

Awesome trails, we came for a good hiking and it was more than expected. Next time we will bring bikes for sure!!
