Good Garden and other facilities and other infrastructure

No power from three days in EWS tower horrible horrible maintenance. How do they expect people to live like it's 1990s with no power for days..Other towers have generator all year long but they can't provide any backup to this tower even in rainy days When it has happened two times when once power went for 24 hours and now it's been 48 hours and counting.

Overall society is decent but strictly avoid staying in Tower-C at Pioneer Park. The lifts function abnormally, many times got stuck, sometimes takes you to other floor than intended.
The Tower C lifts are I would say “at your own risk”.

One of the best group housing society in sector 61, Gurugram. Very clean and well maintained. Maintenance charges (CAM Charges) may not be pocket friendly for someone when compared to other nearby CGHS in sector 54, 55 & 56, but again, if you want facilities, then you have to pay for it.

One of the best group housing society in Gurgaon. It's well maintained with a sincere staff and administration. Have facilities like club house and swimming pool, ample parking space and well ventilated. Security is extremely tight here. The buildings are well visible from a distance.

The only thing is, if you are living in rented apartment of EWS building then you'll not have acess to club house and facilities.

There's a grocery store within the premises as well as salon and pharmacy. So, you'll probably not require to step out of the society.

One of the biggest townships located at the very start of golf course extension road. Good connectivity to golf course. A lot of upcoming commercial hubs make this area very nice to live. Society itself is clean and has huge areas to walk/jog. Overall a very nice living experience.

Moved in recently to this well-maintained property. The society is well-connected to most places in Gurgaon and the security is tight. The high rises are mostly filled with 2bhk and 3bhk houses. Most houses have wooden bedrooms by spec. That elevates the living experience. Also, I like the fact that it is per-friendly and the estate office has a friendly staff as well.

However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:

1. Before renting a house, you must check for how the house owner has made it to their spec. For example, a few homes have modular kitchens, while a few don't even have cabinets.
2. Agents will tell you a particular number as rent including maintenance. But, this will not include a few hidden charges like Common Area Electricity. For a typical 2bhk, it comes up to 1.7k extra. That's a major hidden overage. Essentially, even if you don't use the house 1.7k will be charged on your electricity meter regardless. So, be wary. Comes as a rude shock.

Otherwise, it is a mostly positive experience.
