Worst store ever, don’t shop here!!!
today my husband and I came to this store and we were served by Maya, it was terrible, she could not provide the necessary information, but told the same thing about promotions, our family will not use your services again
As a previous regular customer, I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at RTV EURO AGD. Purchased a power bank that wouldn't charge my iPhone, despite advertised compatibility. Warranty service claimed no issue, and staff was rude during follow-up. Ended up buying elsewhere. Won't be returning!
Would like to admit how RTV Euro warranty service works. Problem connected to bought laptop. It have not air type sound from left coller and vibration, defect of colling system, found 3 person with same defect that bought laptop at close time range from RTV Euro and several that not have.
RTV euro sold series of laptops with that defect( dont know is RTV Euro sell B-Grade(products withlight defects or outlet) products at flash sales or it is defective series from producent)
There is no authorized service center at Poland probably they choose service by their choose. At warranty service answer there is no any details about your defect or way how they trying to detect it.
Even more answer from service told that they checked smartphone(not a laptop) and RTV Euro told that warranty check was made by professionals at Authorized service center.
Best professionals that could not even recognize is it laptop or smartphone))
Customer support would like not to make anything. Even not tryed to make research. Just ordinal messages not specific to your problem.
Great customer service standarts from RTV Euro. Better to bought serveral reviews to made average customer reviews point at 4.0 than starts to work

Bought laptop at Offline RTV Euro store at Wroclawia. When i came home find that it have strange sound from left ventilator. On next day came to store and ask to change laptop(they have another one) They told it is already open so you could ask for warranty request only. Service told that there no problem but i shoot video for that and know at least 3 person that have same defect and at least 3 that not have it. Add more information to my warranty request and send it one more time same response Cntrl+C - Cntrl-V. I have write ticket to client warranty support department.

The service is extremely bad. The staff was annoyed by me just looking at the products. After some time, they asked if I want to buy it today or not. In less than 5 minutes by looking at the products, 3-4 people came to ask if I need any help although me saying that I don't need any help right now. Will never visit again or buy anything.
Booked the phone online and had it delivered to the shop. The experience was good and staff was friendly and helpful. Although, they might not be able to help you out with discount coupons and codes as they're not aware.
