Pizzeria Italiaans Restaurant Tivoli

Can’t talk for the downstairs area for ambience, but upstairs it’s so small, that you better are comfortable with getting to know your table neighbors.
In regards to food: after almost an hour two of us received the food, while we waited even longer for our 2 pizzas!
It was lukewarm and the plates are quarter full. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Not showing prices publicly gives me the vibe of a tourist trap.
I highly recommended avoiding this place.

What a disappointment! We ordered a soup, a bruschetta plate and a caprese pizza. The bruschetta arrived in 30 mins and then we had to wait an hour for the soup and pizza? Soup is an ENTREE, not the MAIN COURSE.
People arrived way after us got served their pizza, while we waited, squeezed in a tiny table near the kitchen. The waiter was holding everything with his bare hands, I saw him take out a desert from it’s cup with his bare hands, and then serve it to a customer. When the food arrived, it was nothing like we hoped for. Tasteless tacky pizza, 3 tiny leaves of basil. There wasn’t even salt and pepper on the table. And if I must add, ordering food through QR doesn’t help anyone. You can specify the food or ask the waiter about it. It was just a terrible, terrible experience for both of us. For these prices, it was such disappointment. Would not recommend to anyone 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

First the negative, before the positive. I understand that Maastricht is a touristic attraction, but to squeeze 2 tables between the kitchen and the bar should not be allowed. But mostly because of the emergency hose situated 1mm from the table. The food was tasty, the drinks a little expensive.

The food is pretty good, but you have to order over an APP which is horrible for a sit down restaurant. If I wanted fast food, I will go someplace else. If you only want a quick pizza this is fine, and the pizza was good. This is not what we were looking for.

We definitely had a very pleasant experience. We ate pizza and pasta, they were all very delicious. The friendly and polite staff made us feel that we were in a warm atmosphere.

Absolutely the worst experience of an Italian restaurant I have ever experienced. We hadn’t finished our starters and they were giving us our main meal. The food was not what is expected from an Italian and I returned mine to get a lasagne which was so salty and hardly any mince. My 3 other guests did not like what we had and so we thought we would leave and pay for our drinks and some of the food that we had eaten. The owner … well female, got very aggressive and even called the police. Not a nice experience and to be shouted at in Dutch was intolerable - never again and I know what a good Italian is like and this was not - get them in and get them out and charge them for all the awful food! Just terrible the SHE was basically disgusting in the way she treated us!

Visiting Maastricht Christmas market and came to this place for lunch, this place is pack of peoples, food is good but is on the high price end, we order Pizza quattro formaggio, Spaghetti pollo e funghi, Spaghetti alla carbonara and Cappuccino.
