Best pharmacy in Munich center. They are so kind and helpful.

The opening hours they entered into Google Maps are not kept up to date. You only find out when you stand right in front of the closed pharmacy and read in the shop window that they're only open until 3:00 p.m. on Easter Saturday. You've made the journey for nothing. While I'm writing this, there have been about a dozen people, looking through the closed glass doors in frustration.

Unfortunately, the service is not good as before. A new employee just tried to sell me a wrong pill without caring the same medicine has 2 different codes. When I told the box looked different, she said probably they changed the packaging, while the truth was it was the wrong one and not matching with my prescription. Why so little care for the customers? When I told her I have bought there the pill for 2 years she said now would take 10 days to be delivered..

I have lived in the city center for over 2 years and have probably used more than 20 different Apotheke. This one offers standard service, just like the others, and my limited knowledge of German doesn't help much when asking them to explain how prescriptions and insurance work here. Until we met Herr Wellering, I would say he is probably the most competent pharmacist I have come across so far. He speaks perfect English and is very friendly, super nice to kids. So, if you are unsure about how things work here and speak little German, I recommend you go to him.

My 2nd times in this shop , and never again. The pharmacy were racism if you were a foreigner. Negative friendly attitude. You better dong come near.

The corona test location is to the side of the pharmacy itself. Around 5-10m down Falkenturmstraße.
