Billing staff at the counter don’t know the subscription offer period. They have mentioned that it is from Sept 30 to Oct 30 (as per the info on app it’s from 17 Sept to 16 Oct).
Don’t know how to issue proper bill even for a redeemed card. (I haven’t received a bill even insisted for).
On the subscription card it’s mentioned as one tall size beverage, not specified as cold or hot. But at the counter they informed that the subscription is valid only for cold beverages.
Hopeless service at delivery point.
Altogether the quality of service delivery expected from Starbucks is not this.

Honestly not worth the money, we had a cappuccino and a coffee frappé while we were awaiting our flight. Hot one was good but frappe was so so so sweet that some of it, we couldn’t even finish. Even my kid said a big no to have it. You expect a better taste from them when they charge premium prices

A comfy place for coffee with great choices while waiting departure. Friendly and helpful staff on duty Jitesh and Ritu.
Nice location, close to the domestic departure gates.

Ordered a coffee and the standard blueberry muffin, the muffin was huge; at least in respect to the usual European standard of Starbucks.
They also offered me free drinking water.

Starbucks Near Me in Terminal 2 Mumbai Airport: Good place for coffee and cookies. Not very crowded, good atmosphere, easy to find. Staff is also very good. Hygiene maintained. Also got 50% discount on second product. Cool place for hangout with friends and family.
I was struggling to find my card for my free birthday drink!! But the 2 chaps at the store were kind enough to get me one🥺 loved the macademia white Chocolate drink! It was the open kiosk Starbucks store heading towards the escalator for gate 70! Excellent service. ❤️
