Elia has the best customer service! We come back to see her every Tuesday. Ellie is so sweet as well. Thanks for the burgers and built in babysitting !

Great food. Good environment. Our server Tiana was wonderful! She was very quick at getting things we asked for. We will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to Brothers for a while now, and it’s usually a chill spot with decent music. But recently, I had an odd experience with a security guard who seemed to think he was working at the door of an elite Hollywood nightclub instead of a local college bar. It wasn’t the standard ‘No ID, No Entry’ type of thing—this guy denied me entry because I was wearing sweatpants. Yes, sweatpants! At a bar that’s more dive than fine-dining. I guess I missed the memo that Brothers is now the Met Gala.
I understand enforcing dress codes, but it felt more like he was profiling than keeping things classy. Let’s be real—this isn’t exactly a Michelin-starred lounge; it’s a local spot where we all just want to grab a drink and relax. I’ve seen people in pajama pants and flip-flops getting in before, including myself on previous dates so the inconsistency is real. It’s like he’s on a power trip and genuinely enjoys denying people entry.
So if you’re going to brothers, be prepared: leave your sweatpants, hoodies, and apparently even your relaxed vibe at home. And maybe bring a suit, just in case. Here’s hoping management takes note because security should make people feel welcome, not singled out.

We just left the most agitating lunch at this restaurant. I requested a burger without lettus, mayo, and tomatoes. I mentioned this to the waitress no more than three times and my burger came back wrong twice. My mothers burger was wrong as well, and we were charged extra for the wrong burger (because it was more expensive). The waitress was unhelpful and only told us that "she didn't turn the order in" or " didn't make the ticket". We were tired of being kind and understanding, so that we just paid and left. We will absolutely never come back due to total incompetence.

I visited Ball State as an alumni for the first time in several years. We had a very large group for close to 40 in town for a wedding which also happened to be week 1 of the NFL season so we requested several large tables. We had a server named Marisa that accommodated us. She was nothing short of superb and handled our large group with absolute ease! I can’t say enough about how great she was and how accommodating the entire brother’s staff was. If I could rate the establishment on a scale of 100 I would give it a full 100! Thanks brothers!

I was in town with my family for graduation and had the honor of being served by Seth! He was attentive, never letting our drinks get too low and he made sure to congratulate me on graduating which was super sweet. The food was great too! Thanks for such a great experience during our short stay in town!

We came here after the eclipse. Only one server but a trainee was there to help and we finally got served and got our yummy food.
