Always, I have deposited more than ten checks, and the tellers break in two deposits, but today, Friday, August 9th, the Ms. September said I can't deposit more than 10 checks without a flip. I don't know why if I always have done

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this branch, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received, especially from Jose and all staff. Jose was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of opening my accounts. He took the time to explain the various types of accounts available, ensuring I understood the benefits and features of each one. Horrible branch and experience. They would not let me cash a post-dated check (for the next day) that I picked up earlier in the day. The manager Jose, was not willing to help me and had a snarky attitude the whole time. Upon looking online, I found that it is in fact legal and possible for the check to have been cashed. I will be looking into reporting them further up to HQ and any other authority I can. You do not mess with people's money. Please do not go here if you like good customer service.

Went into the bank to make a deposit and get some change. This elderly lady was in front of me and the bank teller light skin stout woman was very rude to her. It's a shame and it's not right.
When it was my turn she acted like I was bothering her, this will not happen again and I mean it.

Really bad experience im waiting for over 30 minutes to do a deposit long line to get with the teller only one lady working and it is alot ppl waiting it is very frustrating wait for over 30 minutes to do a transaction in this branch they should hired more ppl or help little faster

I have only been to this branch once when I did not walk out before completing my transaction ( unless I just need to go in and use the ATM). Every time I go there is a long line for the teller. It’s often quicker to walk to the branch in Mount Pleasant! What is with this place? They never have enough tellers.
