I just called the pharmacy. Person answered the call was very rude. It seems he is not paid salary on time. He is least bothered to answered politely

Very professional and dedicated staff all range of medicine and cosmetic are avalible.

There Whatsapp handling guy in Nuhamia 1, Ajman Branch is really pathetic
I send him order at 4pm. That guy didn't respond or gave any update to me.

Then at 11pm night he messaged that delivery guy will leave in sometimes. So i told him that i dont want that anymore. So that guy sent a voice note in a rude way and blocked me.

Top Management should look into this matter.

Team him how to behave with clients

Friendly staff, good service and medicine availability.

Called and asked for a medicine that I need and it’s price.

Them: “I’m sorry I cannot tell you the price I have a customer in front of me”

Me: “I am also a customer.”

They basically then told me something with the likes of that I am not a customer unless I come and visit in-store.

Then why did you pick up the phone? Why do you have a phone line? Why are you on Google?

I called to save me time instead of going and you not having the medicine that I need.

Very friendly environment and excellent staff
