This store uses AI cameras, which are set to racial profiling. Every non Caucasian, non white person will be subjected to an intense search and humiliation. Try it and see for yourself.

Big thing I needed was of all things was cash. ATMs in Amsterdam are mostly in businesses. It's a clean and safe store.

Good place to get breakfast or food to go. They don't accept cash and international debit cards which may be an issue for many tourists.

Small Albert Heijn store. Contains snacks, drinks, and on-the-go food.
If you're looking for a quick solution to grab a small bite or grab a snack on the go - this is a great place.

First time I am seeing such a supermarket. There was no cashier and no security guard, only some people in the background cleaning and maintaining the place. The level of trust in both citizens and tourists seems to be high.

The customer service is horrible,there are some guys that are nice and also a blond girl that works there that is very nice,but the other ones are rude,they talk to the customers like if they are there to do you a favour,the girl from today didn't wanted to give me the coffee in my own cup cause was not from ah,are you kidding me!?!?!?! I go there every day with the same cup and nobody ever make a problem out of it!!! You should care a bit more about the customer service being a big company

Brilliant for delicious deli sandwiches (€2.60-3.50) and croissants for breakfast. Wide range of fresh juice I highly recommend trying. Not so great for buying individual ingredients as it mainly does food that's already made.
