Really enjoyed my stay. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

Best place to live. Solid,strong concrete building, don’t hear any noise from neighbors, or from the traffic outside. My husband an I were one of the first residents of the building since 1967. We still own our same unit today! Public Transportations in front of the building, short walking distance to the Subway (Metro)at L’Enfant Plaza, and SouthWest, Metro Stop, the Wharf and the National Mall, Smithsonian Institution Museums, Southwest Waterfront is a great place to live and enjoy the Nation’s Capital City🤗👏

What a building and location! Have been living here for few months and love how accessible it is to waterfront and it's ever expanding boardwalk, restaurants, metro, Safeway for groceries, weekend farmers market, museums. Friendly and helpful front-desk staff 24/7. Highly recommend!!

Have been living here over 50 years before the building was completed in 1967! Love the people. Convenient location to the National Mall, All Museums, the US Capitol, the White House, all the Memorials and the Waterfront Seafood Market and Seafoods Restaurants. The Cherry Blossom trees are only a few steps away😹👍🏼

I have live there in the past one of the best places in Washington DC to live, conveniently located in Southwest Waterfront area, quiet area clean area, within walking distance to a subway station, very nice food store and some other buildings but overall one would love the experience to live in that building

Town square nice condominium apartments I recommend them to anyone the front desk clerk it's very respectful and very nice she answer any of your questions and help you whatever you're looking for and if she can't help you she makes your spot someone that can the people who live there are very courteous and respectful and it's right up the block from lefant plaza subway station and the mall eatery and shops at lefant plaza
