Great service helped me and my family so much

I had a great experience with them , they were very helpful , they helped me to get my family visit visa as soon as possible because I wasn’t having enough time to catch my flight so I would like to thank everyone who helped me specially Ms. Shaza I can’t thank you enough .

Extremely unprofessional they should stop working in Saudi embassy in America and go back home to arguing and disrespecting and they are not even there to help people they hang up the phone on your face just because I asked them how can I get Saudi Arabia visa if my nationality doesn’t accept E-visa.
They are really really rude and worst service provider may be they used to work on street and then send them to work in the Saudi Embassy in USA. Saudi government should suspend all their employees from the Saudi Embassy immediately Los Angeles.

Very bad consulate, I have ever seen. Can’t communicate, very rude, please check the employee before accepting to job. I’m so disappointed

They never answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold and eventually hang up or never answer again. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

This consulate became worse over the years. It’s hard to reach them by phone, and when you go in person, they give any excuse to turn you away and not help you. It’s a shame they are representing my country.

I am extremely disappointed. I called them to ask a simple procedure and I was fighting with them on the phone for the rudeness! Unacceptable! One of them was so proud of himself متكبر he just gave excuses and no apology for why I was on hold for so long or that they just hung up on me! Get your Act Together !!!
