Amazing Shawarma Restaurant

I ordered the shawarma plate with fries through DoorDash app. When I opened the container I was shocked at how much food they packed in there. They didn’t play with the portions at all. The sauces were slappin too. I can’t usually finish this amount of food but I couldn’t stop eating it cuz it was so good.

Amazing Shawarma lives up to its name! The food here is absolutely delicious, with perfectly seasoned meats, fresh ingredients, and the best garlic sauce I've ever tasted. But what really made my visit special was the outstanding service from Mubasheer.

He took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured that my order was prepared exactly to my liking. I’ve been eating here for a few years now, and I’ve always had great food. This is what keeps me coming back. I’ve tried the chicken and the beef shawarma plates, wraps, and falafel, and we’ve always received a very good quantity for take out. The food is fresh, and the sauces are a great addition.
This is usually a very busy location for take out and for delivery services (Uber, etc.) so be sure to come with your patience. I’ve never encountered a rude or dismissive employee, but there have been times I’ve waited a bit long to be welcomed or for my order to be taken.
Today, for example, one of the employees decided to handle delivery orders on the tablet device before greeting me or taking my order. Thankfully, he put fresh gloves on before he started to make my order. Once he was dealing with my order, he was polite and quick with service.
My biggest issue with this place is the environment itself. The place always looks dirty and dingy. The few times we’ve dined-in the tables were not cleaned thoroughly and the walls and floors were full of food stains, and other stuck on substances. I have chosen never to eat in there again.
Another issue I’ve encountered recently was with method of payment. There are no signs stating that they do not accept credit card, and no signs stating extra fee for credit card. When I paid for my meal I offered my credit card, and the employee asked me if I had debit or cash. He stated they don’t take credit cards. I was confused as I looked around for any signs, and then finally the employee said it was okay and accepted my credit card anyway. This employee was still polite and didn’t do anything wrong, but I advised that they should have a sign stating this to prevent confusion and inconvenience for other customers.
Overall, the food is worth it! I’d suggest sticking to take out for your best experience :)

Wanted to experience Amazing Shawarmas second branch. Taste price quantity all remains same.

Amazing Shawarma was the first restaurant I visited since I moved here 3 years ago. Since then, we keep coming back esp their food is amazing and staff are amazing friendly, too. I appreciate their service, hard work, and kindness. We are always happy with their food. Great value and absolutely tasty.

The only decent thing about this place is the rice…. Chicken is over cooked, vege has no taste, tomatoes are always mushy/ soggy and the wrap can’t stay together to save your life… I live 5 MINS from this place and the shawarma was a mess… falling apart.. so oily wrapped so loose - extremely annoying. So terrible. Had to take the filling out of the pita so I didn’t completely waste my money!!! So many other shawarma places .. have your pick .. also overpriced for the quality of food!

Ordered shawarma plate today with seasoned rice but received salad instead of rice. Also ordered two cheese burgers (one burger with extra beef patty and one regular) , received both burgers with extra beef patty. They don't pickup when tried calling them. Never had complaints earlier but not sure what has gone wrong with them.
