David Lapoff Memorial Playground

This pains me. It is a great playground for young families as it has equipment for both toddlers and bigger kids, but it is ALWAYS A MESS full of trash. I think this is due to the proximity to the high school and teens hanging out in the park and taking less than stellar care of their surroundings. I have seen DPW cleaning, and im sure its a hassle to keep up with this dumping, but beware: there are tons of water bottles and take out containers for your toddler to get into... I have even found myself taking a picker and a garbage bag to the park to assist in the battle against the litter. 2 stars for the excellent location, and the great equipment. Unfortunate the state of the grounds...

Not a large playground, but my kids like it.

It may be a small playground, but my kids love it here. There's enough to do to keep them entertained for an hour or more, and it's rarely crowded.

I lost a soccer game.
