Peaceful place to be out in the evening.
Quiet place to bring kids to play on activity centre or fish in the wide canal. Shady trees are in abundance. Wide street and plenty if parking.
Unofficial(unsanctioned) off leash dog park for local homeowners and kayak club full width waterway superhighway,constant reel ins required,not good for daytime fishing,plenty of fish are in there but getting a bite in daytime may not be possible particulary weekends and afternoon weekdays are terrible,night time fishing ok.
Nice and quiet location. Well maintained and has playground too.
Saw a sting ray practiced my casting..
