its good and all. various stores, lot of food, nice clothes stores and ect. however there always a BUT, some of the stores are closed probably because there is no seller yet and maybe the rent is quite expensive or so but overall its all good. they even have this train ride, dinosaur ride for children. they also have a bowling place but last time I visited they look like they were preparing to closed down the place for whatever reason i think.
Food Court KB Mall are using ridiculous system which give inconvenience to the customer. I have to order to the stall then take the coupon to pay. Then I have to take the coupon again to the stall so that my order will be make. If the customer forget or missed the coupon, the customer has to pay again if he want to eat. So troubling
More variety and choice. Ample parking space
Used to be one of the only main mall here in Kota Bharu Kelantan.
Can get almost everything here from groceries to foods to clothes, ice cream, bread. Basically got almost everything shopping mall have. Serve it purpose.
Bowling, game arcade, food court, bakery, and fast food also available here.
My friend said the hotpot at foodcourt was good, myb you guys could give it a try..
A lot of parking available too around the building, at the back of the shopping mall, and at the side of the tune hotel also got a big field can be used to parking there.
No cinema tho, there's no cinema right here in Kelantan 😂 sorry to dissapoint you guys 🤧

Popular mall in the town of Kota Bharu, east coast state of Kelantan Located cebtrally middke of the town. Easy to find and park at the basement. There are many retail shops for clothing,gadgets,electronics anf accessorues. Giod options of eateries such as Mcdonald,KFC,Baskin Robins etc. There is also a super market for household items and groceries located in here
One of the oldest and good mall to visit in Kota bharu ( KB has only a few malls , so.....). It is the only mall which has McDonald inside. The main tenant is pacific mall. Very often I come to shop and to eat.
