Britt the manager is super helpful and owners are extremely nice. been coming here for years.

Clean, lots of games, and decent prize selection. However, two women employees behind the counter were extremely rude and miserable to work with. One was the manager (seemed to have a reputation there for being horrible), and the other old lady “just worked there” (according to her) and had no ability to use her own judgement or brain when interacting with people. I understand that working in an arcade could be tiring at times but if you can’t handle it then you need to find a new job. If people are choosing to spend money on your business, it’s not asking too much for some kindness when interacting. There are too many other arcade options to choose from around here. We won’t be going back.

Unhelpful people working behind the counter. I can understand working with kids and exchanging tickets for cheap toys might get to you after a while, but maybe you picked the wrong line of work. So many of the small businesses in Bethany are great, but this one is a big miss. Your time and money are better spent at the Millville boardwalk Captain’s Quarters Arcade, much friendlier staff and better experience.

I am only giving this two stars because the first time we came here we had a good experience and the employees were nice. Otherwise, I really don’t even want to give 1 star.
This time was different and I left with a sour feeling. The games were fine, I wish there were a little more options for younger kids, but overall we just had a problem with the customer service.
There was a younger guy with red-ish brown hair that helped me at first behind the counter and he was very friendly.
The old lady with the attitude problem is what made my visit not pleasant.
She was very condescending and clearly should not be interacting with the customers at all. If I ask a simple question like “Do you mind helping me when you get a chance?”, I don’t expect a rude response in a question form saying “can I help these people first or not?”…
If I wasn’t so caught off guard I would have probably had an inappropriate response to that, but I didn’t and said “no problem” and left. My poor child still has tickets on her card so I just gave them to a child on the way out because I knew I was never coming back.
If she is a manager, I feel so sorry for the poor younger employees that work for her. Clearly this isn’t the only complaint about her either. It’s sad that I knew exactly who the person was talking about in their review when they were describing their experience. And I know I won’t be the last person to feel like this leaving here.

We went into this arcade last night and had lots of fun! We spent $10 and played lots of different games including skeet ball, basketball, deal or no deal, air hockey and dance dance revolution. There were no lines for any of the games. They have cards that you buy to play the games and the lowest denomination being $5. This is a great arcade for people of all ages!

The arcade is really fun and is located in Downtown Bethany. There are stores next to it as well. The games are really fun, and it is easy to keep track of everything. When the game wasn't working the employee was able to fix it and give us a refund. The prizes are really good, and the pricing is flexible. I give it a 5/5 Stars.

We were disappointed to see the arcade next to Grotto Pizza replaced with a sports bar this year... nice, but not age appropriate for the kids. We checked out Shore Fun instead and glad we did! Large space, lots of options for younger or older kids, and clean. Great customer service, too. One of my younger kids made a mistake and swiped his game card to redeem $20 worth of tokens not knowing what that meant, and they let us exchange them back for credit on his game card. We will definitely be regulars here!
