Great coffee shop and gallery space. Unfortunately it's closing. Fortunately everything is on sale.
Kevin is notorious for taking artists work and not paying them, I’d google his artists before you buy and get their opinion!
A family owned private gallery with an amazing collection of hand made oil paintings. Original oils, sculptures, acrylics, mixed media etc. If you're coming to California you must visit this gallery!!
I was in Laguna and popped into Coast Gallery. I was blown away by the quality and diversity of the exhibits. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend this Coast Gallery to anyone who loves art and culture. It is a must-see attraction in the city!
Absolutely loved our experience. Must go when Kevin is there:) He made our experience so enjoyable and easy. We visited 3-4 other galleries, and the vibe was not even close to the energy and enthusiasm Kevin exuded. The gallery has a great selection of artists, and we liked several pieces, but we fell in love with two, and ended up buying both. We are very happy with our art and our home feels complete.
While art is subjective what isn't subjective is the quality of the pieces they have and how outstanding Wayne, their manager, is at working with folks looking for new pieces and making the purchase easy and simple. I'd bought some things from them on the web over the years and having had a chance to be there in person I knew I had to go by and buy. It is an amazing space. Just the right size and you never feel pressured with the staff on hand being knowledgable about everything on hand.
My wife and I were in there looking for a piece for the house. The gallery actually is a bit larger than it first appears, and is quite full of different pieces of art, some stacked against the walls. While we didn't buy anything during this particular visit, I thought they had a very good selection of artists and styles. The staff was also very friendly without being overly pushy. We'll be back.
