The X Pot

Went in with my family, we 3 of the chef's tasting menus, as well as the wagyu feast. The room we were seated in was pretty awesome. It was a single table with mirrors all around and comfy seating. Service and presentation were amazing. We were given a smoking cow because we ordered a lot of wagyu, I've never seen anything that beautiful.

The whole family enjoyed the food, even my picky neice that doesn't really like meat. She really liked the wagyu!!

I ordered the truffle mushroom broth. Oh man, it was so trufffly, rich, and delicious! The mushrooms that they offer for hotpot went really well with it. I asked to have the broth spicy, but I guess it doesn't blend well with this one specifically. Instead, they gave me a chili sauce, and it was nice and spicy. The wagyu nigiri and steak tartare were my personal favorite appetizers. We also ordered the golden wagyu rice with truffle. 1000% would recommend!

I really enjoyed all the dishes, and will be back to try some a la carte items. It is a bit pricey, though, so I'd only do it on occasion.

The exterior of the restaurant was just simply stunning. The two team hosted did a wonderful job, keeping things flowing. Our survey Kevin was tentative, quick, and provide very excellent service. Is it a bit on the pricier side overall? Yes it is. But is it worth it? I would say it is. The Waugh beef (massages cow with insane marbling and tenderness) it just is out of this world! Then the infusion of French foie gras, infusion of sushi with caviar and urchin, the inclusion of some of the most dense and rich chicken stock I’ve ever had, along with bow Mario Korean bibimbop (meat rice with sauce, prepared in a hot stone bowl). They also have some wonderful drink options.

Best hot pot we’ve ever had! Kevin was exceptional and very attentive. So was the rest of the staff that served us. Truly an amazing experience, very unique, with incredible wagyu and ribeye. Would recommend to anyone visiting Vegas!

My sister and I are here and we had a great time.

The ambiance was beautiful with a great cocktail selection. The food was great, we especially liked the wagyu beef skewers and the truffle fries. The server was incredible, so tentative and kind in explaining the menu a few times since it was our first time at a hot pot restaurant.

Would totally recommend!

We had the Dancing Noodles also so, chef visit with an outstanding and special performance and noodles created at our table

We happened upon this spot while our wives were shopping, and we were stoked we did! We only went into the bar area, but we ordered all the food and drinks still. Mike was amazing! He explained everything and gave his advice on things to try.

We tried some of the best tequila I've ever had, pictured below, and I finally got to try Pappys! We ordered all the things, but the highlight was the caviar! I love caviar and it was a joy to show my friends how to enjoy it!

Overall, the prices were reasonable, and everything was excellent! Highly recommend!

15/10 definitely recommend! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating! The chef selection option was perfect for us as we got to try a bit of everything. Some of the best quality hot pot I have ever had. The truffle mushroom soup base was phenomenal! The steak tartar and the truffle & wagyu fried rice were both insanely good. They're open late so this is a great spot to end the night.
