Should be renamed the COMMUNITY “NO”ACTION CENTER. They don’t answer the phone. It rings then tells you to call back later.

Waited 30 minutes for the automated system to tell me call back later . WTH?

Can someone just ask someone to pick up the phones, we aren't allowed to walk in no one responds to emails so please please answer the phones

I was there on the 25th of July 2022, and its August 22,2022. And nothing has been done with my case yet. But I had the nice agent work with me, unfortunately I have to go back down there to find out what is going on with my case. The problem is I'm on oxygen and my oxygen tank has a limited amount, so I'm unable to sit there all day I'll go early b4 they open so I can b first. I need for my bills to b taken care of.

Im trying to call but the phone don’t ring

They are super slow. They will call their friends name first even though you got there before them. They walk back and forth chitchatting instead of calling folks.
