I am on my wife's phone I am Richie Biondo. The care that I got from all the nurses and doctors was exceptional. beginning with Dr Schumacher , and her team of doctors. The nurses were also exceptional. It was a blessing from God to have my surgery here. I highly recommend Tufts Medical Center.

It is mind-boggling how a hospital in Boston is unacceptably dirty as Tufts Medical Center.
It's almost as if no one cares. Patient rooms are not cleaned daily, as a matter of fact the amount of dust on the window sills and on the HVAC vents is insane.
There was trash on the floor in my friend's room when I arrived at 11:30AM the same exact trash was on the floor the next day when and still there when I left at 4:00PM.

Visitor bathrooms are disgraceful.

Tufts Medical Center is wonderful! I have all my Doctors here in Boston. Very pleased with all of my providers & procedures! It's a hike for me from Hull, but I don't mind because of the care I get. Thank you, Tufts!

I am writing a complaint about the billing. The service was a little questionable and that might be the medical practice as a whole, but it was fine.

Patients should be informed that they will be receiving a bill and how much each bill will cost every time they book an appointment. You will receive surprise bills for every single exam and appointment you due even when it's only 5-minutes in addition to any follow-ups due to scheduling. There needs to be more transparency for financial statements as a standard.

To tell you the truth, the doctors were wonderful, but the majority of the nurses were not nice they are missing their calling???. I had the pleasure to meet some amazing nurses, but the rest of them needs better approach to customer services.

I got induced here at 37 weeks. Labor and delivery made sure me and my baby were safe and well cared for. Mother and infant unit afterwards nurses and doctors were very helpful and professional and took good care of us during our stay thank you all so much.

My wife delivered a baby here. The delivery process and hospital was on par, doctors/nurses were OK as well, but Tufts has a very bad billing department. I asked for the itemized bill but they kept giving excuses or sent the wrong, non-itemized bills. This made me more suspicious about the bill and I told them I needed to see the itemized bill to pay. I had to ask 4-5 TIMES and finally talked to an agent who knows how to handle the case. I got the itemized bill and when I called to pay for the bill, the agent said the bill already went to the collection agency. I did not get any notice about this and had to wait for the itemized bill as they kept sending the wrong bills or giving excuses on why they could not send one. The last call center agent was extremely rude and very blunt with so-what attitude. Always, always ask for the itemized bill when you have major operation here, as their billing system is shady and the billing department is incompetent. We will never use them again.
