Room4 Studios

Been rehearsing at room4studios for 2-3 years, great space and equipment. Phil is always friendly and helpful, has even fixed a few bits of kit for me. We also did some recording her that turned out great. Highly recommend.

Second visit yesterday. Great rehearsal space. The sound quality in the rooms is really good and the whole place has a great vibe.

Love it here. Excellent lighting, good sound proofing, helpful staff when you need a mic stand or your drummer forgot his drum key again. Reasonable rates. All round good vibes.

Been using Room 4 for rehearsals for quite a few years now with a number of bands.The owners Phil and Kaz are always welcoming and friendly (even letting us sample their home brew occasionally!) the studio facilities are great and possibly the most reasonably priced and comfortable studios I’ve been in and they’ve got Fussball! I Would highly recommend. Tom (Dukes of Mumbai).

We use Room4 weekly for our rehearsals. After trying the majority of the other practice spaces in Bristol, we only use Room 4 now, and have done for close on 2 years, because it is the best, without a shadow of a doubt.

The rooms themselves are different sizes and are all completely soundproof from each other. They have good sound quality and acoustics inside. The big room is especially good to practice in.

It's got consistently good gear in each of the rooms. Decent drum kits, in excellent condition, which are regularly tuned, with new heads every couple of months, the right amount of good quality hardware, with felts and accessories in the room, every time. Good guitar and bass cabs with decent heads. It's staffed throughout the evening, either by Phil or someone else on his day off, who're are around to ask for what else you need, microphones and XLRs are on hand and you can rent all kinds of additional gear if you need it.

It's a great place to record as well. You rent the whole space out and have Phil as dedicated tech and production. The room set up enables you to have a big space for the band to record live, with isolated amps, or separate if you wanted. Mixing and mastering is done alongside Phil also, who's very skilled and has good instincts around production, and has got digital and analogue mixing setup if you want it. Our tracks have come out sounding amazing.

Room4 Studios has been the bands go to practice room for years! We love the place. Purpose built studios, fantastic sound in every room and great equipment throughout - recording facilities too! To top it off, the complimentary tea facilities are always well stocked. Thanks Phil!

I've rocked this place out for a few years now, the owner is cool, his dog is cool.

Clean, tidy and a hell of a lot more friendlier than other joints I've been to across Bristol.
