Great place to start one's hike up and around Mont Royal
Lots of available spaces. Reasonable rates compared to elsewhere in the city.
WARNING, there are organized thieves targeting unsuspecting tourists in this parking lot. This is very well known to both the Police and the City and they do nothing about it. We were there for less than 45 minutes and they smashed the rear passenger window and grabbed my daughter's knapsack with her laptop (all of her 4th year notes), wallet, keys etc. Given how busy this parking lot is, someone must have witnessed something. If you did see something Feb 20, 2023 10:30-11:00, please come forward and talk to the Police. This experience certainly ruined our experience and opinion of Montreal, she is certainly having second thoughts about going to Concordia. The lookout was ok, but signage could be better.
Awesome spot to sight seeing of Montreal in Autumn to see grading in the city and rural. Because of road works “as usual always in Montreal”, high number of local and tourist visitors parking is almost impossible in last weekend.
Very crowded in the night but it's peaceful in the mornings. The view is breathtaking
A place where one can see Montreal from above. Good place for hiking, jogging & family time at the beautiful park. There is also a Coffee shop for refreshment. Highly recommended for a fresh air & relaxation time.
New the city or old you have to climb up the mountain. Such a beautiful view of the city, you can bike walk or run! Winter or summer always amazing to see. Would certainly recommend.
