Intouch Talent

They are now here in Edmonton. I only had one job and it's taking them weeks to pay. So basically this is a scam. How can you cancel their subscription? Any help?

This company keeps charging us monthly for a subscription that we do not use. We have called, emailed and sent a letter and to date they keep withdrawing money from my account. I contacted the BBB and see that they also operate under the name Anytime Talent, The Actors Den and Intouch Talent. We have sent a letter asking them to close the account and they have said they did not receive it. I have no way to prove we sent the letter and they have no way of proving they didn't receive it. It unfortunate that they are scamming people. Please be aware of this company. I am closing my account so they can no longer withdraw money. I have now reported them to the BBB, the Ministry of Public and Business Service, Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and Ontario Consumer Beware. If you are also having issues with the scam then I suggest you also report them.

Taken my money for over a year I reached out and I will contact a lawyer if they don’t cancel their fraud subscription! I also want to put a stop payment but I don’t know if they will take it to collections!

Be warned ! These guys take $15 dollars out of your account every MONTH!!!! You may be waiting YEARS for a part ! They are there to extort your money , I called to cancel and they told me to snail mail a letter to ‘Shirley Youjest’ at an address that was wrong . They know what they are doing and it’s very wrong .

This company is a huge scam and uses predatory marketing practices where they get you to sign up to pay for a monthly subscription that is impossible to unsubscribe from. The people that work here should be ashamed of themselves.

Definitely someone has to take a closer look from a legal stand point, this is as useless as it gets, job posts are old but they still show valid. What they do well is getting your money every month. And the cancellation process is cumbersome and expensive, they require a registered letter. What a joke. Stay away from this people, total waste of time and money.
