The Alby center in Alby, Botkyrka municipality, was inaugurated in 1972.
In the center of Alby, there are currently around 34 different companies, shops, restaurants, citizens' offices, pharmacies, health centers and ATMs.
Just outside the center of Alby there is also an outdoor square where fresh fruit and vegetables are sold.
Alby Centrum has been refreshed during the 1990s with e.g. new bright subway entrance new outdoor square more premises where new entrepreneurs moved in. During the 2000s, Alby Centrum has been repainted inside and Alby's only warm garage has received a major facelift (repainted from dark grey, to a slightly lighter grey). Two more new stores have opened their doors, the health center has expanded its operations and premises.
