Friendly staff and positive environment at the gym.
The advertisement is false. The first month you pay 20euros + ADDITIONAL SERVICES that they don’t tell you about. If you enroll, MAKE SURE TO REQUEST THE CANCELLATION OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES even if you did not requested them. The one in Faubourg del Arche is super crowded everyday after 6pm so you better come during lunch time 😉
2 weeks after I joined they began renovations for three weeks, meaning they were closed and no one decided to tell me this when I signed up. Now having left Paris they are trying to rob me of more money despite the contract saying with a good reason you are able to cancel the subscription - I haven't stepped foot inside this gym since October. Besides that, the gym is always crowded and is probably the worst gym I've ever been to. Waste of money
Way nicer and much space, there's more machines and new ones, go visit u'll be hooked
It always has problems with AC! It has been installed a new system for nothing when you go there is only AC at the entrance. Once is a rush hour is unbearable, there isn’t any air circulation, so you’ll breathe breathed air, it looked like a sauna. When you talk with them, there is always a new excuse, but zero results.
The room is often crowded but I still enjoyed working out in the gym there. However, one of the female receptionists whom I spoke to last Saturday was extremely rude. I asked some questions and she was unnecessary agressive and shouting out to me. I don’t expect the best in class service experience in Fitness Park but please treat your customers with the minimum respect.
Stay away. They will cheat you out of your money. I wanted to close my account and gave them a notice as requested in March 2021. Until today they have not closed it and have been still taking money from my bank. I am in the process of making a legal claim against them. The most unprofessional gym even.
