Nice ladies in the office. I always appreciate a good southern accent. Backing isn't difficult here. Sometimes they'll send you down the road to the other location. Attached picture of what your pickup number should start with so you have it ready before going in.

Advance Distribution has more than one location in Louisville. Whoever created my load directions put in their 1944 S 16th St address. My appointment was for 1200-1300 to pick up a load. I arrived at the wrong location at 1100. Luckily, their Millers Ln location is nearby. I have a Rand truck gps. The thing isn’t 100% trustworthy of course. Sometimes in a large city it acts like it’s brain is scrambled, trying to make me turn onto random streets and telling me I’m overweight. How rude! Fortunately, it behaved when I had to go to Millers Ln. I arrived approximately 1130. There is parking across from the docks while you check in. That’s nice until you are trying to back into a door and there’s a truck parked across from you limiting your pull up and maneuvering. I was given a door right away. There was a little bit of a wait to get loaded but was done by 1346. They were busy-a lot of trucks in and out. There is a portable toilet in the parking lot. No major issues. Staff was professional.

No restrooms for drivers.
Unload time is average, but if you need to use the restroom, you have to walk 2 city blocks to the one portapotty at this entire facility

I was there 1 hour before the pick up they give me the door immediately and load me for 15 minutes I was there 30 minutes

The lady at check in was very polite. And yes, building 4 is a little tight, but the doors are spaced wide enough apart that it’s not too much trouble if you have the experience. Definitely far from the worst.

I had a 1300 appointment, got here at 1230, got in a door, and the loading started at 1255. Can’t ask for much more.

Brokered load, so I'm not sure who dropped the ball here, but was scheduled for a midnight pickup appointment, and I showed up to a locked gate and no one answering phones. Not cool, since I now have to sleep in the truck instead of one more night at home.

0900 delivery appointment, arrived at 0830, given door at 0845. Noon and still haven't started unloading. Slow as all get out, tight docks and staging area. Very little room to maneuver
