My car was broken into and hundreds of pounds worth of gear was stolen. But this was nothing compared to the sea of pigeon excrement and urine I had to wade through to retrieve it.

The place is slathered in a thick layer of pigeon excrement, which unfortunately only covers up some of the smell of urine.

We left the car overnight, and returned to a smashed passenger side window.

The place has some kind of 'safer parking' sign outside. Meaningless, of course, as the car park is no more secure than the street, probably less, and NCP don't accept any responsibility for break-ins.

Great location but so so pricey! Very tight to get in and out of the car park also. Think it cost about £15 for under 2 hours!

Horrendous car park made even worse by the absolutely farcical road closures and diversions currently in place in Nottingham City Centre. Car park signage in and around the area suggested over 600 spaces free and after queuing for around half an hour we were told by an attendant on the street it was full and had to back track against further congested traffic resulting in us missing the start of a concert at the Motorpoint Arena (another monstrosity). Seriously folks use the tram and park out of town. The city council and highways teams need to hang their heads in shame at what’s happening to the city centre and parking provisions. Absolute joke.

As car parks go, this is aesthetically pleasing as can be and also centrally located.
The drive up and down is as tight as a ducks bottom, tighter than a nuns chuff, especially in a big saloon car.
£19 for 24 hours is a reasonable price for a comfortable overnight stay. Better value than the hotel I stopped at round the corner and less drafty!!

Absolute rip off avoid at all costs! Went to a concert paid alot to go, then paid £21 for parking it's a joke. The car park is narrow our car is big luckily my partner is a good driver so he manage to get around ok. We had to wait 30minutes to get out as alot of people going out at the same time and the barrier was broken not good.

Disgusting stench of urine in stairwells.
Although this is unfortunately common in many car parks, this was the worst I have ever smelled. It stayed with me for about 2 hrs after. Homeless guy asleep in stairwell too - I felt very sorry for him as it probably the last place he wanted to be. Very narrow spaces and very expensive (£3.95 per hour) I will not park here again. Surely they could spend some of the huge profits they are making on some decent cleaning products?
