I always take friends from out of town here. The food is great! The decor and atmosphere transport you right in Morocco. I would recommend going for dinner. The belly dancers are amazing!!!

Last time i visited this place was back in 2016, never had an opportunity to visit again. Yesterday was the day., the food tastes a bit bland, but overall the food was great. Loved their service, and ambiance.

This place is the best! The food is so good and the service was amazing. Ahmet did a wonderful job and went above and beyond making our first day out as a family with a newborn great. Definitely come here you will love it. It’s decorated beautifully too.

I can't believe it took my 5 years to finally go here! I lived in the area for 4 and would always walk by- it looked so mysterious with the blinds drawn and advertisements for nightly belly dancing with dinner. A friend recently went and said it was fantastic, so I finally called and made a reservation (it was easy! And I only did it a week in advance, not difficult to get in!).

How it works is all meals include: lentil soup, a salad (kind of like bruschetta + cucumber + veggie salad), B'stilla Royale (which is a phyllo dough pastry filled with savory chicken and rice, topped with powdered sugar and cinnamon- it is a wildly tasty mix of sweet and savory, maybe my favorite thing of the night!), and then everyone chooses an individual entree. They have about 15 options, and all are very well sized portions! I got the cous cous with chicken, which I'll be enjoying half of for lunch today! My friend got the chicken/steak skewers with rice, and my boyfriend got the Breka Vegetarian which came in the shame of an egg roll (phyllo dough) but filled with potatoes and herbs, it was delicious!

For dessert they bring around a fruit cocktail of sorts, and pour a special mint tea- usually they make a show of it, which seems very cool, but unfortunately we did not luck out in the server department, so we didn't get much fan fare the entire night. To be honest, our server was downright dreadful. Two of us had never been there, he didn't explain anything when he dropped it, and once the belly dancing started we didn't see him again for over 40minutes!! Wild. I flagged another server down who was very apologetic, and offered us all drinks on the house, but we just wanted our dessert and tea since we had already been there near 2 hours. It was very nice to offer, and they ended up comping our diet coke since which was not necessary, but noticed!

Though our server was absolutely sub-par, I am not docking a star because honestly, that's how great this experience is! I really wish we had had one of the other servers who seemed to add value to the evening, but that's saying something when your server can forget you for almost an hour and the night was still fabulous.

One of the highlights here is the belly dancing! The dancer on Saturday was really wonderful, she danced for at least a half hour, one dance balancing a sword on her head the whole time! And for her final dance she got the audience to participate- I was one of the first she pulled from the table, she made it very comfortable to do in front of everyone!

Including tip (we did not purchase drinks) everyone spent $35 on a 5 course meal with a TON of food. One major thing to note is the chairs are very low to the ground, (Moroccan style), which 2 guest did switch their reservation to take out while we were dining because they were older and said they couldn’t sit that low that long. Someone to be aware of!

This was a fun experience and the food was amazing! You are given the option to eat with your hands or ask for utensils. I tried the lamb with eggplant which was delicious. The price per person is very fair and generous and includes many appetizers and a dessert with tea. The food is 💯

What a jewel of a place. When we got there we were a little apprehensive, tapestries everywhere, crowded, carpets all over, all of that added to the experience! The food was spectacular, I had the spicy lamb and it was awesome, my wife had the steak kabobs, the flavor was incredible although some of the bites were a little tough and stringy. Regardless we had a great time! Amy or server was so nice and knowledgeable, her service was quick and not over bearing. The belly dance was great, and engaging, bring a few paper bills to give her. She works hard and deserves a tip! We had a great time, we will be back for sure! This would be an awesome place to take a group!
