Rude!!!!!!!customer service or idk who is picking up the call over there!!!!! Who do you think you are just because you are working/sitting in that place????does the chair you are sitting on is made up of golds and diamonds?we are all same labourer here don't act like you are a queen sitting over there.

Their new facility is wide and expanded. Security is more strict and organized. They also have the ticketing system for the queue so it way better now.

New location of Philippine Embassy

Proper dress code. And only applicant can go inside the embassy. Need to wait Infront of the gate and talk to security what reason you visiting, and then they will ask the required documents you bring or not. Then only you can enter embassy. Proper dress code, original passport is a must. Little parking is there near by. But I am not sure it's belongs to embassy. Until this date this embassy is asking mask to entering inside. One good things is if you need photocopy, near by one sports shop villa can help you. Better than old embassy. But not much progress than old.

So called “Security” on his mobile on video call with his daughter while speaking to people wanting to enter. Not professional at all. Quite embarrassing actually. Sad how they can improve the premises/location but not the services. Also they’re quite biased in who they are nice and helpful to. Very disappointing.

Pls wear proper dress code. No sandals, shorts and skimpy outfits.

Useless employees are there inside our embassy. A simple phone calls and yet they can’t answer. But when you go there and visit, all off them are chatting to each other, some are eating, and most of them are watching tv in lobby. Marcos administration must change the employee in Manama. They don’t deserve salaries and wages from the OFW’s. They’re public servant but they acted as a boss.
