Very convenient location and easy parking. I prefer to use this shop now rather than my local worcester shop. The last few times I have been in a lady called jo has helped me. She is excellent at helping to put outfits together and I really value her advice. It’s just a shame any of the next branches don’t stock a huge amount larger than a 18. It usually has to be ordered in which then means a extra visit to collect it, but you can try them on there and they will send back anything not suitable.

Went in to find a specific pair of jeans. None on the sales floor but found an assistant and she very kindly looked to see if there was any in stock..initially thought there wasn’t but offered to order, then she put in another colour and found a pair in stock. Brilliant. Think her name was Pauline..but really good customer service
Wish this shop was bigger and had a better range of clothes as I have to order online mostly. Not much competition for mid range clothes in Malvern.

I am extremely disappointed with me pink slip ons as they started moving on their own , as a result I threw them at my cat and ate a cumcumber 1 star for the broken cat and also as a refund pay for its funeral ⚰️

When I came into the shop the next day , I saw my good pal Susan who said that her back brace that she got was slipping off and as an old lady , she needs it otherwise , her back will bend forwards like the hunchback if notredome 😡

Review of the children's section: in store range and choice appears to have been reduced over the last 12 months so if you want something quickly might need to look further afield. Full range still available to order and collect as was the original concept for the store. This trait of limited children's ranges is not limited to this store but traditional competitors as well. This seems to be adding fuel to the on line market (although could be the other way round) - if the mainstream stores want to keep customers they need to be more proactive in the local market.

A well laid out, tidy store and importantly on a hot day, it was wonderfully cool . This helped the shopping experience or else we'd have been in and out very quickly. Instead we were able to look for what we wanted and then browse the store.
