Pray to god you never have to call EMS from this location. RACISTS!!! Maybe they only help their kind but after the experience I had, such lack of humanity for someone in excruciating pain. I’ll never forget the pain I was in but the way I was treated has scared me forever.

On 2 July, you responded to my bike accident in Centreville, including a hip fracture. You quickly arrived, explained the entire response process to me, and provided a transport to Reston Hospital. Thank you for your excellent care and I am currently still recovering from the hip fracture. Our first responders do not get enough credit for their commitment to our communities and nation.

I went up there to make sure my first child’s car seat was installed correctly. I was told by the fireman they weren’t officially certified to do it but he didn’t mind taking a look. Although it was unofficial advice, he had 3 children and said he would give me the advice he’d give a friend. I definitely appreciated him doing that. The dept received an alarm as he finished explaining so he yelled the last sentence as he ran full speed back to the station.

We are so lucky to have these men and women protecting our community! They are always taking the opportunity to educate the community about fire safety. One time I was outside my house with my little ones and they drove by in their fire truck. They stopped their truck and a firefighter jumped out to bring the kids a junior fire fighter hat. Knowing how busy they are, it was a kind gesture to ensure our kids know that firefighters are helpers. We love West Centreville Fire Station!!!!

Wonderful fire station. They came by during a neighborhood visit and installed a new smoke detector because the one I had wasn't connected. I have taken my son to a fire house visit and they were wonderful with the kids.
