Ran to the place while walking the southern part of B&A trail. It gave me a pleasant surprise to see foliage around the monument in December. Photos were taken on Dec. 10, 2022.
Lovely Monument for all the Gold Star Families. Park at the Maryland WWII Monument and walk across the street to get to the Gold Star Monument.
I had no idea there was another monument at the WWII memorial. Nicely put together. Could use some more gardening.
