Such a peaceful place situated in the lap of mountains. The weather in the evening makes you you feel like calm and satisfied. Roads to reach the temple from any part of Goa is wide and well maintained. Would like to visit again though i went twice there 😊
One of the finest and oldest Hindu temples of lord Shiva near Goa. It's a must visit list for people visiting Goa. You can make a family visit to the temple. Parking space available near temple. Lots of small shops available for street shopping.

We reached only by afternoon, that too on a Sunday, hence a few bus full of tourists had reached before us, which led to the long Q n some waiting time
Or else, its a quiet peaceful temple to pray. Established and handled by GSBs

Shree Mangesh temple is located in Old Goa ,just 30 minutes journey from Panjim
A Beautiful temple of Great God Mahadeva,swamy Shiva. The temple is on the top and the entrance we see the Kalyani find big tower with pleasing art and different styles with specially passion and the temple is good old with serene. We prayed and feel blessed .

Beautiful temple which is said to be the ancestral temple of Lata Mangeshkar. Situated in a beautiful location and maintained beautifully. The main temple has a dresscode and one can’t enter wearing short dresses. But one should not worry as they provide dhoti which can be wrapped around before entering the main temple. Photography is not allowed inside the temple. The road to reach the temple is lined with shops.
