While, she put plenty of everything on my sandwich, idk if it's cause I went to subway high, but we couldn't understand each other and then she couldn't wrap the Flatbread. Is anyone teaching these kids how to subway food prep? I mean she did fine, it got wrapped and I ate it, it just hurt my soul to see her manhandling the open bread.
Immediately upon walking in you are hit with an intense heat wave. The food itself was fine and the workers were super nice and helpful, I’m just more concerned about the conditions of the workers in extreme heat like that. There’s a thermostat on the wall that says “do not touch” in big bold letters. Hopefully the owner will fix this problem so the staff has a more comfortable environment.
They were not friendly at all and seemed just hate their lives. The service literally took 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, with one person ahead of us.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just felt like I needed to today. The staff was lovely and I have nothing bad to say about the food I received, but the environment was unacceptable working conditions. The ac wasn’t working and it was so hot inside the building that the ice maker couldn’t keep the ice frozen. It also seemed like there wasn’t a manager working but I could be wrong about that. I just want to clarify that the staff was amazing and they did nothing wrong I am more worried about the conditions they are working in.
Delicious subs fit for giants. Spicy Italian is always delicious, with raspberry cheesecake cookies and fresh diet coke. It's amazing, highly recommend.
Absolutely astonishing these people can make it through life. Idk if this person was a courtesy hire for the state of if they’ve ever even made a sandwich before but I watched this girl literally pour the dressing and veggies on top of the bread of my sandwich (not in it) while staring at us then wrap it up and squish it in the paper. TWICE. On both sandwiches we ordered. Absolute mess. It’s a sandwich, not a burrito, heck pass it to me I’ll do it myself. Just passing through for travel but definitely will not be back.
Food was great! The waitress was anything but that. Not one smile or nice word was said . she seemed irritated by my order and any requests I made. If her demeanor was any more toxic I would have left the the food and just left. I can't say that I have ever experienced such disdain for the customer then this.
