Gonna piss people off.... But there's gotta be either 6" speed bumps or more police presence. Cars go way to fast ,carelessly. Who cares about people crossing or stop signs...
There's actually nothing wrong with the mall itself the stores open when they feel like it maybe at opening at 10:00 maybe 11:00 maybe 11:30 if I really wanted to go on a shopping spree I'd go to Eastview Mall
