Amazing service from a super friendly staff, especially Julie! I can’t describe how smooth was the process this year, from the moment the birth certificate of my son was issued, until the registration at the Lebanese embassy was completed, especially that everything can be completed by emails.
Julie was assisting me. She is always reachable, very responsive, accurate, professional and she was even able to process the request before the expected completion date. Julie was a rock star. She knew her stuff and helped register our son smoothly and efficiently. We had a time line that we thought could not be done by, but Julie worked hard and made sure we could travel easily as a family. She also helped previously to register our daughter the year before and made sure we had all our documents without any back and forth. It definitely made for a seamless process.
