The food presentation and taste was good. Recommend separating the vinaigrette from the squid salad as it tend to concentrate at the bottom. Their other salad had this thick paste that tasted good.

This is by far my fave sushi spot in Huntsville - I always order the Hawaiian roll & the mango roll.
Fun Japanese restaurant. Inventive desserts. The sushi is pretty standard fare to please some palates, and full of things like crab and fried bits.
The atmosphere isn't bad. There is plenty of seating for big parties. The service was ok. It wasn't bad, I just think they should have been more patient with us asking about items on the menu. We came from out of town and weren't familiar with the menu. I got sushi and chicken tempura. The sushi was ok. I asked for white sauce and eel sauce. The white said had a flavor that I'm not familiar with. The eel sauce tastes like soy sauce.
Food was good, and came out without a long wait. Nice staff. Had the king roll and beef negimaki

My absolute favorite is the Hot Moma, fire dragon and shrimp tempura. 🍤
You can't beat the price of the food here. 50$ with drinks and more food than you can eat for two people. Also, the miso soup here is AMAZING 👏

An awesome sushi experience that’s in a rarely visited area — you won’t know it exists unless you’re looking for it. Miyako has the largest variety of specialty rolls I’ve seen in the area and all of the rolls are mindfully crafted. The Lobster roll is THE best sushi roll I’ve had in Huntsville as of August 2022 and looking forward to many more visits!
