Clear advice from you and easy to understand

I would give 0 as well as other client as she already mentioned 0 help received! Very rude person spoke with me and refused to give advice on hot line ( for diseased relatives ) what needs to be done if somebody died and how to transport body/ashes. Dropped the phone 3 times and refused to speak . No training , no knowledge.

Extremely understaffed with rude people who are uncooperative. Waste of time and taxpayer money.

Cannot speak for others -my experience was really nice.I buzzed at the door on ground , asked for department lost and found(my lost wallet with all IDs was sent there by a good person ) and after showing my passport was asked to sign and promptly was reunited with my wallet and documents.All in all was no more than 5 min.

In few months it would be the whole year since they ignore my application, no-one called me no-one solved my problems, they do noting, even their email works the same way, waste of time and incompetence as everyone in Ukraine

Had a few questions about travelling during these covid times, so emailed the Consulate. They replied in less than 30 mins (!), with an extensive and satisfying answer. Also, positive experience from previous visits.
To all (potential) negative commentators- prepare your visit, paperwork etc. Some people expect all the Consulate staff will instantly drop whatever they do and rush to solve every acquired problem only for those people.

Unexpectedly nice experience of work with people-friendly state authority. Thank you!
