Take them time sometime, but the overall is good.

I have living here since I was 9 years old and the staff always have been dedicated but. Currently it appears that the long time residents are being disregarded. Only valued person in the management office is the office secretary whom is worth many compliments for caring for the non owners. The Porters and Handyman are also hard workers. The remaining is something that is not to be desired as per help when needed.

Convient location to live and travel to Manhattan. Also you are near Flushing Meadow Park.
