Everything is fantastic except for the fact that it's so dark in there I (a 26 year old) have to use my flashlight to see the menu and so did everyone else. So we were regularly blinded by neighboring tables shining their flashlights in our eyes looking at menus and I'm sure we did the same. The staff, food, and drinks were all great. Just needs more lighting

Busy place. Squeezed in at the bar. Bartenders were attentive. Really enjoyed the salmon with lemongrass coconut risotto and a side of tender local mixed greens w/homemade dill ranch. And a glass of the french rose. Will return if ever back in town for work.

We went for lunch and a lot of the things we wanted were not available from the menu.
All said not great but not bad at all.

Honestly I miss living down the road from this place. Such a great food menu, drinks, and patrons. My wife and I stopped by this weekend for a nice night out in the city and we were not disappointed.

I got the Cubano and she had the Bison bolognese. Great entrees, good portions and they were both very delicious. The Cubano was a little dry for my taste but I like my cubanos a little different that most places so not a problem at all. Also we had the Jalapeño Chickeb Rangoons and we cleaned the plate almost instantly.

I had the peach gin drink, I'm forgetting the name but the cocktails were exceptional!

Excellent food, even better service! Zane took excellent care of us and made wonderful recommendations. We had the Respect Ye Elders and the Shrimp Chorizo Cakes with roasted corn and arugula salad (on special). Some of the best food we've had in Boston! Cannot reccomend enough!

Lovley spot. Wondering if part of the application process to work here is to have a charming accent. All the staff did… just a bonus on top of delicious food. Drinks where overly sweet for my liking but that’s all preference. Seamus was very kind and accommodating I’m sure we’ll be back.

The Abbey is the perfect neighborhood restaurant/bar. The food is outstanding, the prices are reasonable, and the ambience is both cozy and unpretentious. Each time I’ve been there, the service has been prompt and friendly. It’s the kind of place that’s great for an after-work beer on Tuesday, a date on Friday, or dinner out with your family on Sunday. My only complaint is that I can only go to The Abbey when visiting Boston, as I wish they had one in my home neighborhood too.
