One of the best residential and commercial buildings with lots of space and cafes in Tehran Iran with some of the coolest pple in town. Love it 😍

There are some restaurant and coffee shop there. We try raees coffee. It's smoke free. The quality of shakes we tried were good. And the prices are relatively suitable to quality.
